Mama taught me to make my first pound cake completely from scratch, when I was about 14 years old. Pound cakes are my absolute favorite cakes to make and quite frankly, the only cakes I make. I love how you can take the base recipe and turn it into any flavor! I currently have a total of 50 flavors. Some are available year round while others are seasonal. I'm constantly looking for flavors to add to my cake line. I've been told my cakes make people happy. To that I say, let's eat cake!!
