It was a great surprise to be able to visit not only a farmer's market, but a farmer's market next to the Chesapeake Bay!

While on vacation, I was able to sample, purchase from, and see so many other great small business owners!

Aside from seeing other yummies, it also made me feel like I'm not failing when I saw all the condensation on every single bread bag at the bakery booths.

I saw some great sourdough baked goods and can't wait to try baking them when I get back!

I tried to pull a prank on the chickens because I am that crazy chicken lady. They clearly did not fall for it. They knew that this was not a snack and they gave me the most awful chicken side eye they could.

When I brought out their real snack AKA cracked corn, they went wild for it.
