I was hoping the glass would have been delivered by August 8th. That didn't happen.

Fortunately, the other oven I use (it's a double oven) and the family use oven, which is in the actual kitchen and not my bakery area are still in working order.

Wish me luck that the part comes this week and I can go back to my normal baking procedures!

A few updates for this week!

First, today is the last day to register for the Sourdough 101 Class!
The class is tomorrow night at 6:30pm at Boathouse Brothers Brewing. Please comment below if you want to attend and I will sign you up!

Second, I will not be at any markets this week. We are taking a pre-planned vacation!

Third, in the chaos of the broken glass oven door (I will let you know what is going on with that too), I forgot to renew my domain. Someone decided they wanted it and now it isn't available.
So, here is the new website domain for Thistle Dew Acres: thistledewacres.store

Lastly, update on the oven. The glass should be here shortly after we get back from vacation and I am hoping by the end of NEXT week I will be back in full baking operation.

Also, I wanted to say thank you to everyone for your kind words and positive vibes you sent this way when you heard the news about the oven door. I TRULY appreciate it!
