I’ve been a little quiet lately, but quiet usually means I am busy. 🥹
Every week, I’ve been getting more and more preorders, and honestly, I always forget to post my work because I’m usually in the middle of baking, packaging, delivering, or starting the next order.
A huge thank you to General Mills for supporting me and allowing me to be part of something so special. In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, I was chosen to cater a variety of baked goods inspired by different countries across Asia.
This order included:
Thai lotus flower cookies
Taro bread
Chinese steamed rice cake
Japanese strawberry shortcake roll
Filipino ube crinkle cookies
It was such an honor to share pieces of Asian culture through baked goods, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity. 💛
I also had another huge order of my fruit cupcakes this week for a baby shower. These are not something I sell to the public since they contain heavy whipped cream and do not fall under cottage law, but I’m always so thankful when I get to make them for special occasions.
