Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced, outgoing, and high-energy Counter Server & Cashier to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and have a passion for French culture and exquisite pastries, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

Warm Hospitality: Greet every guest with enthusiasm, energy, and a welcoming attitude.

POS & Cash Handling: Manage fast, accurate checkout transactions using our Square POS system.

Pastry & Beverage Service: Learn our product menu inside and out to speak knowledgeably about ingredients and flavor profiles

Packaging & Quality Control: Carefully box delicate pastries and prepare orders quickly during peak morning rushes.

Maintain Shop Standards: Keep the display cases, front counter, and customer area clean, organized, and beautifully presented.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience Required: Prior fast-paced counter service, cashier, or specialty food/beverage experience.

High Energy & Customer-Oriented: Ability to maintain a positive, welcoming demeanor during busy, high-volume rushes.

Passion for French Pastries: Genuine interest in French culture and specialty baked goods.

Efficiency & Attention to Detail: Fast hands with a focus on accuracy, neatness, and product presentation.

Reliability: Punctual and dependable for early morning shifts.

We've noticed a couple of questions popping up a lot lately, so we thought we'd answer them here! 🥐

❓What's on the menu?

Our regular menu includes:

Please note: Availability varies each day. Everything is made from scratch in small batches, so what you'll find in the bakery depends on what we've baked and what has already sold.

❓Can I call ahead or order online?

Right now, we're not offering call-ahead or online ordering.

With how quickly we've been selling out each day, our team needs to stay focused on baking and serving the customers in front of us. Stopping to answer phones or manage online orders would slow things down for everyone.

It's something we'd love to offer in the future as we continue to grow, but for now, the best way to get your favorite pastries is to stop by early. If we offer online ordering in the future, we'll be sure to let everyone know.

❓ Why don't you post your menu and prices online? 🥐

We've had a lot of people ask this, so we wanted to explain.

Because everything we make is handcrafted in small batches, our selection changes from day to day. Some mornings we have more of one item, sometimes we might be experimenting with something new, and occasionally a favorite sells out before another customer walks through the door.

We'd rather not post a menu with prices that may not accurately reflect what's available that day.

Our goal is to offer the freshest pastries possible—not to maintain a large, fixed menu.

Think of us more like a neighborhood bakery in France than a chain bakery. You never know exactly what treasures will be waiting in the display case, and that's part of the experience.

We'll continue sharing photos of what we're baking on social media whenever we can, but the best way to see what's available is to stop by!
