Macarons a la Fal was established to represent a home style of the delicate French confectionery, the macaron. I am hopeful that my home style macaron's will be recognized as the connoisseurs of this delicious French pastry because of the unique variety of flavors from my creations of art and I am the master chef, Falguni Gonzalez..
