I’m excited to introduce TWO new sourdough items this week:

🍞 Organic Sourdough Rye Loaf – made with organic fresh-milled rye, organic flour, and organic caraway seeds for a rich, traditional rye flavor.

🍪 Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies – delicious, bakery-style 3 oz cookies made with sourdough for incredible flavor and texture.

Along with your usual favorites, these new additions are available for pre-order now. Quantities are limited, so be sure to get your order in before Tuesday!

📅 Please note: There will be no pickup the week of June 12th, so this is a great time to stock up on your favorite breads and treats before the break.

Did you know… you can freeze sourdough bread and it stays perfectly fresh? 🥖❄️

A lot of people think they need to finish a fresh loaf of bread within a few days as it doesn’t have the preservatives store bought bread does, but sourdough freezes SO well. Just slice it, freeze it, and pull out pieces whenever you want fresh bread. Toast straight from frozen or let it thaw on the counter!

I actually do this with everything I bake for my own family — it helps bread and treats last longer, cuts down on waste, and means we always have fresh sourdough ready to enjoy ❤️

Bonus: freezing and thawing sourdough may even help create more resistant starch, which can support gut health and steadier blood sugar levels 🙌

Fresh on the menu this week — my Dill Pickle Sourdough loaf 🥒🍞✨

Made with organic dill pickles, dried dill straight from my backyard garden, and homemade ranch seasoning for the perfect savory bite. The inside is so soft and fluffy with just the right tang from the pickles.

This loaf would make incredible sandwiches, burger buns, grilled cheese, or honestly just toasted with butter.
