I'm a mom that exclusively breastfeeds but I have to pump and my daughter is 8 months and my supply has seemed to decrease and I was wondering if there's any info you can give me to increase my supply I plan on breastfeeding for at least a year but any advice you can give would be much appreciated thank you.
