Once order is placed; there will be a
• dough prep evening
• counter rise that same night
• cold fermentation starting the following morning
• baking done that evening or morning before delivery (your preference)
**if baked delivery morning, depending on drop off time after bake, will need to cool 2-3 hours before slicing**
