This class is about 60% full. It will likely fill up this week! This will be a once every 6month class if I have the demand, but not a frequent class. The next few will all be Q&A format for those who have taken a class from me before. If you are interested in making your own bread, DM me for class signup and details

Our sourdough starter class was a hit!! The Monthly Dozen is back in August to host a class all about baking sourdough! She will walk us through the process of dough making, stretch and folds, and shaping and baking your sourdough!
This class is ideal for bakers who have a minimal knowledge about starters and ready to perfect the baking process!
