Got my first request for jalapeño cheddar sourdough 🙌🏽 The whole kitchen smelled of cheesy jalapeños when i was baking this up 😋

Today features my chocolate peanut butter cookie!! All my Reese’s cup lovers…this one’s for you 🙌🏽

The base is a soft chocolate cookie (that’s not *too* sweet) then topped with a peanut butter confection (think…the inside of a Reese’s cup) topped with a chocolate ganache, then I sprinkle on some chopped Reese’s cups (of course 🤷🏼‍♀️)

Got my first bread lame courtesy of my lovely big sister 🥰 can’t wait to try some more intricate scoring patterns!

did you know you can freeze loaves? Or, if you’re a slower bread eater you can freeze individual slices then thaw them out or toast them whenever you want that freshly-baked taste 😋

Baked my first ever non-traditional sourdough loaf!
Double chocolate espresso sourdough
That soft fluffy interior with the crispy crust 🤤

I think I’ll be trying more variations of sourdough…any suggestions??☺️
