Having the opportunity to end each season hosting and hunting two extra days alongside a group of guys who a long time ago I served alongside is an honor and privilege I don’t take for granted.

Took the day off to close out my regular season with a special hunt. A much needed solo hunt just a few hundred yards from my camp.

Perfect end to another great Mississippi season. So thankful for my friends, neighbors and family for allowing me to do what I do..

Finally got a few of the guys away from Swayze long enough to chase a some ducks. Really enjoyed spending some time with & - awesome guys, good friends & avid outdoorsmen.

Despite the 70 + temps, no sun, and no wind - this morning’s hunt is one of my favorite Mississippi hunts yet.

Can’t thank & enough for being amazing friends and hosts.

Nothing I’ve even shot nor will ever shoot will compare.
Some hunt for many years hoping for a trophy. She made it happen on her very first hunt.
For the many of you who have already experienced this - I’m just the next very lucky very happy Dad to join the club…
A hunt I’ll never forget ended with a perfect shot, with only two minutes of shooting light left. Christmas miracles DO happen. Tallahatchie County is a magical place. Super proud Dad!!
