Just substitute your favorite GF pasta and you're all set. I used Ronzoni rotini pasta in mine.

Tried a new recipe for dinner tonight: Chicken tostados. And since the recipe uses corn tortillas, no substitutions are needed.

So glad I stumbled upon this brand on Amazon a few months back! We tried these crescent rolls with our spaghetti dinner, and they were a hit! They have a hint of sweetness, so I also tried them with a little bit of Nutella (not with spaghetti dinner) which made a great sweet treat!

I love to bake, and eating GF didn't change that. Here are a couple of my favorite baking staples that I keep on hand. I get all of these at my local Kroger.

#1 Bob's Red Mill 1:1 Flour. I use this for everything, from my sourdough to fried chicken. It works wonderfully, and has everything you need.

#2 Pamela's Cake Mix. This is delicious and moist. I use it for cakes, cupcakes, and dump cakes.

#3 Pamela's Pancake and Baking Mix. Make quick and yummy pancakes and waffles with this mix. I also use it for chocolate chip cookies, muffins, and banana bread. They have tons of recipes on their website for each of their different flours/mixes.

I've had a few family members recently talk to me about going gluten free, so I thought I'd take the time to share some of my favorite pantry staples for anyone starting out on their GF journey. Below are my favorite pastas. I like all the types of pasta from these brands; this is just what I have on hand right now. I get all these at our local Kroger.

Hamburger steaks with mushroom gravy 😋
I substituted gluten free tamari sauce for the soy sauce and used GF flour and breadcrumbs. This is one of my husband's favorite meals.

Finally made these bad boys using a mix I got for Christmas and they were yummy! We had some strawberry puree to go with them, but they were perfectly delicious without it, too.

First trimester has had me 🥴 but I'm finally starting to feel "normal" again. Tonight for dinner, we had chicken thighs with artichokes and zucchini, and y'all, it was delicious! My toddler ate an entire chicken thigh on her own and even liked the artichokes! I will say though, that next time I will leave out the zucchini as it got to soggy for our liking.
