Busy preparing for Doodle Eats to be back in Production for March 1st:)

All orders placed by February 28, 2021 will be shipped the week of March 1st.

In-store pick up will be available on Wednesdays and Thursdays, unless specifically coordinated as is not re-opening yet.

Continuing with our gratefulness in 2021, I would like to thank everyone for the well wishes, as my partner and I have a healthy baby boy, Milo. While he is still figuring out his days and nights, I am sure he will eventually making an appearance at Doodle Eats:)

Doodle Eats started with a simple mission: create amazing food that just happens to be gluten free. It began as an idea in Brooklyn and is growing in New Hampshire, as our founder (Darci) has lived many years with Celiac Disease and lacked solid gluten free equivalents to toaster pastries, artisan bread, and pizza crusts. She continues to find gaps that are unmet in the gluten free market and only releases products if "you can't tell it's gluten free".

Doodle Pies are the first and most popular product line, as everyone wants something amazing that reminds them of being a kid. These hand pies have fresh and fun flavor combinations that can be enjoyed by any age at any time of day. She also produces a line of sourdough, pumpernickel, and rye crackers, plain and everything bagels, artisan breads, and pizza crusts.

Our collaboration flavor with @vicunachocolate is available at their store in downtown Peterborough! Stop by and check them out, it’s a great place to grab a snack and coffee while exploring town.

Here’s a little sneak peek into our baking process. We’re using this awesome roll in oven from LBC, which allows us to do more Doodle Pies and more Doodle Breads than we were able to do previously! Once our rack is in the oven, it rotates so all surfaces are evenly heated. We also can control how much steam is introduced into the oven while we’re baking! We’re breaking in our Hobart mixer (aka Hobie Wan Kenobi) with this week’s batch of Doodle Pies. We upgraded from a 6 quart Kitchenaid to this 20 quart beast during our move to our commercial space! 💪

Doodle started for me as a kid, my mom and dad lovingly called me “Darci Doodle, the corn kid with pop.”

I grew up quickly by always searching to find my next pop moment. After many years, I looked around and realized that I lost my inner doodle.

Early memories of my inner doodle were reminiscent of learning, family gatherings, and happiness from the people around me, which is the catalyst of Doodle eats. Everyday is now a playground to reconnect with my inner kid.

Created from my desire to share my “inner doodle” with you, your family, and your community.
