Hey Y'all! We're excited to announce that we've popped up in the Louisville Kentucky area! Our first grand welcome bake is going to Jim Beam's gift shop and tasting bar. We've made for them an amazing Peach Bourbon Blondie. This might be one of the better bakes yet! If you'd like to try them for yourself, give us a shout and a dozen can end up on your doorstep soon!

Hey everybody!!! It's been a long time since this page was updated and I sincerely apologize for that. I (Violet) took a job working with Hurricane Sandy recovery efforts and have been in New York City since mid-November. We've also had some health issues with family members to attend to so it's been hard to manage life and cupcakes, especially with me absent! Long story short, because of grandparents needing assistance and long-distance jobs, we're sad to announce that BUI will be closing it's doors in Jacksonville to eventually reopen in Ocala. We're saddened about leaving our beloved Jacksonville family but are excited about the new opportunities that await us. Ryan and I thank everyone for their support and we couldn't do it without you. ♥

We'll be at two great events this weekend, all to benefit Movember Jax! Tonight at Bold Bean Coffee Roasters, we'll have Honey Vanilla Latte and Pumpkin Cupcakes, while Sweet Theory Baking Co. will have vegan and gluten free donuts! Kevin Snow will be DJ'ing the event, which starts at 7pm. Tomorrow is the Riverside Wine Festival, where we're partnering with Sweet 'n' Flour Pastry to bring you some of the best baked goods around. Oh, and, WINE cupcakes! Yeah!
