we tried a new baking method with this batch and ended up with a much lighter crust than we are used to! 🫣 honestly…we are team golden crust over here 😂, so we will be going back to our usual method for our next batch!

still soft and delicious, naturally fermented just a little lighter on the outside this time! 🤎
