🎂Smash cakes are such a cute tradition!🎂   
   
We, as parents, try our best to make sure our babies get the best first foods. We know that doesn’t change once they turn one. Most of the time the smash cake becomes the first sweet treat for our babies and we want that to have clean ingredients too!   
   
When I launched Crunchy Mom Bakes my friend contacted me asking if I would make her baby’s smash cake and since I had done them for my kids I said yes! So after that I kept it on the menu because clean smash cakes are very much needed.   
   
Check out the description of our smash cakes a few of the ones I’ve made!   
   
The last one pictured was actually made for an older child but for a small party. It was a vanilla cake with whipped strawberry chantilly frosting. You can get 6-8 slices from this cake. So the 6” cakes are not limited to just 1st birthdays!😉

This was a 6” cake with buttercream. They also ordered a custom cookie kit. ⁣
⁣
All organic, color made with food powder, no refined sugar in the cake or cookies, and low organic sugar in the frosting. ⁣
⁣
When it comes to dye-free frosting, the colors won’t be as vibrant as store bought frosting but I think the colors are so much more prettier and natural-looking!⁣

🐓Meet our chickies! I use their eggs in all my baking!🐓 
 
We have two Leghorns, two Rhode Island Reds, and one Easter Egger. The Leghorns lay white eggs, the Rhode Island Reds lay brown eggs, and the Easter Egger lays a light green color. They are more than just our chickens, they are our pets! We love them very much! We’ve had them for about two years now. They are fed organic feed and they give us five eggs a day. The two white ones are named Abby and Blanca. The two brown ones are Pacha Mama and Peaches. Our Easter Egger is Cha Cha.  
  
Blessed to have their eggs to add to the Crunchy Mom Bakes clean ingredient list!  
  
Do you have backyard chickens? I’d love to hear their names! Chicken owners come up with the best chicken names!

I LOVE mini cupcakes!   
  
What I love the most is that they’re bite size and so perfect especially for kids! I don’t know about your kids but mine rarely finish a traditional cupcake and then it goes in the trash.😅  
  
I’ve made these for friends who wanted them for their child’s classroom birthday celebration. They were so great for a whole classroom of kids!
