Well ya’ll, I got a notification this morning stating “storage is full” on my phone. Shocker there. As I sit here going through my camera roll (to delete the 300+ photos of my cakes) I find this beauty and sit and think about it for a bit.

13 year old me would’ve never imagined I’d be making wedding cakes, let alone as frequent as I am. I’m able to reflect and be grateful because of YOU! I am so appreciative of everyone who continues to support me! Thank you 🤍

This cake was chocolate in flavor, made with scultped Rice Krispies, and then coated in a hard chocolate shell for stabilization. Super fun!

Being a baker means you sometimes look a little unhingedddd.

A little backstory: I received a cupcake order for a Baby Sprinkle with the absolute cutest sprinkled donut theme. Naturally, we decided to go all in and top the cupcakes with mini donuts to make them as on-brand as possible.

So I swing by Scooter’s Coffee and order their adorable mini donuts… in bulk. This led to the most hilarious interaction.

Cashier: “No judgment here, but can I ask why?”
Me, holding 27 mini donuts: “Just a little baking.”

It took everything in me not to respond with, “treating myself” or “super hungry”

Needless to say, we both got a good laugh today 😂🍰
