Wedding Coordinating includes:
Meeting 1 month prior to wedding to have a meeting about details. Helping week of wedding with any necessary details including helping setup any decorations at ceremony space and reception venue. Help with rehearsal, help during ceremony, help coordinate with other vendors if needed, cake cutting, the tear down and putting any decorations back into boxes or totes at the end of the night to make your clean up fast and easy for the next day. Our job is to help you with anything you would possibly need on your special day so that you and your family have no worries and enjoy the party.
