Happy birthday, David!!
You guys constantly amaze me with your creative ideas. This one is definitely rustic, with mug cake "moss" and real pine cones from my parents yard! (Don't worry, they were treated and sanitized and all the things, even baked).

This beast weighed in at over 14 pounds!
It's a two tiered vanilla cake, three 10 in layers on the bottom and three 8 in layers on top.

This is a 6 in 3 layer chocolate and vanilla cake, with two vanilla layers and one chocolate layer.
Everything made with buttercream, even the mushrooms.

It's not just ingredients, folks. These are the piping bags I've used for at least the last year or so.
The last order I placed, they were $11.66. I started to order them today and they're now $18.53.
Same with the wax paper that goes into my cookies boxes. WAX PAPER is now $3 more than it was in the spring.

This is from MAY to AUGUST.

These are the battles we don't talk about as as small business owners. These price jumps are scary. But don't worry, I'm creative and always looking out for the best deals so prices can stay the same as long as possible. Just a little glimpse into the life of a small business owner. We're seeing this everywhere. And it's not easy.
