Maple Oat Sourdough Artisan Loaf

Tried this one out yesterday and I was NOT disappointed! Slightly sweet from pure, local, maple syrup (always!) Perfect for Fall!

I think I prefer my artisan loaves baked in a loaf pan. They are much easier to cut into slices than the round loaves can be. Don't worry, they're still the same amount of bread! But I'm more than happy to bake whichever way if you specify on ordering.
