Mushroom Green Peas Pulav


Basmathi Rice - 1 Cup
Onion - 2
Green Chilly - 3
Tomato - 1
GingerGarlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
Finely Chopped Coriander and Mint Leaves - 1/2 Cup
Lemon Juice - 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/4 Teaspoon
Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Mushroom - 1/2 Cup
Green Peas - 1/4 Cup
Potato - 1
Salt - To taste
Fried Cashew - 10


Heat "SMC Healthy Cookware" and add Onion,tomato,salt,green chilly and close the lid and keep it for 5 minutes.

Always keep in mind,at initial stage only we need to heat fully then you must keep it in simmer and cook till end.

Add Mushroom,green peas,GG Paste,And all masala powder and salt and mix well and keep it for 5 minutes.

Add mint and coriander leaves,add 1:2 ratio water.

Add soaked and drained rice to it and mix it without breaking the rice and cook for 5 minutes.

Now add lemon juice and garnish with Fried Cashewnut and serve hot with Raitha.

Usually if we cook in normal pan,we use oil to make the rice to non stick.But in SMC Healthy Cookware we dont even use single drop oil and the rice is non stick.
