Anh’s Homemade Sourdough I started baking at home for my family to serve them healthy ingredients. I studied at NWTC the ServSafe kitchen manger food service program.

It became a passion of mine after creating my own organic sourdough starter and learning new scoring techniques.

The organic sourdough starter needs regular feeding. When preparing larger batches, I calculate and prepare the required starter amount in advance. Daily feeding and room temperature storage keep the starter active. I strongly believe that love and care in the baking process enhance the flavor. ♥️♥️
