Hi Jenny, just want to let you know. I stopped by the shop today to pick up a couple of things. Saw your bagles on the table and had to try a little piece.
Are you freaking kidding me? The second I tried to tear it apart I knew it was gonna be good. That was the most delicious, chewyest, most flavorful bagel I have ever tasted in my life. Not just saying that. OMG! And I thought Joe's delicious bagles were good. Yours blowes them away! I would order a dozen in a minute, but I know I would probably eat 3 a day. You have definitely found your talent! Again the best I've ever had. Not just a piece of dough, but a flavor explosion in your mouth. And the chewyness, forgetabouti!!!
