Hello 👋 Please allow me to introduce myself, I’m Sierra and I love living the ketogenic lifestyle.

In May 2018 I started my keto journey. I’m 5’ 2” and was 225lbs (my heaviest) but had been overweight ever since 3rd grade. The photo on the left is at 225lbs. The photo on the right is 125lbs today. Went from a size 18/20 to a size 5.

Missing sweets but trying to “be good” and keep things keto, I tried many many recipes and found that there are actually still plenty of things I could eat while still losing weight. I fell in LOVE with baking and i’ve stayed disciplined because I never felt deprived. I couldn’t eat the store bought cake but I could still enjoy the one I made at home. With some simple substitutions, almost anything can be made keto.

I’ve baked for family for the past few years since starting keto. My parents, ex boyfriend, sister, niece and nephew are all keto and I love making their birthday cakes and sharing with them in general. It’s given me a great opportunity to try new things and get honest opinions on what worked or what didn’t. I have an arsenal of recipes that taste just as good and often BETTER than their carb loaded version.

So it is with great pride that I am pleased to announce that I am starting my own keto bakery business and offering my yums to the public!! I’m confident that when you try what I have to offer you will be delighted and maybe even exclaim “I can’t believe it’s keto!”

All products are diabetic friendly, no sugar added AND gluten free so safe for Celiac and gluten sensitive individuals.

This page is still being compiled but it will serve as a way to advertise my keto and gluten free baked goods.

Everything I make it both keto *and* gluten free but certainly full of flavor! My goal in everything I make is for it to be delectable despite being keto/GF. I will never make a recipe twice if it’s just “alright” and I certainly would never offer it for sale. I’ve found that many of the keto baked goods on the market are just “ok” and often found them lacking in flavor while being full of artificial and unnecessary ingredients. Not to brag, but my stuff is so much better!

I’ve lost over 100lbs on a keto diet and in the process fell in love with baking. I’d like offer my best goods to the public so everyone can experience these delicious guilt-free goodies too! Nearly my whole family is keto and for the past couple years I’ve been baking exclusively for them but now it’s time to branch out.

I’ll have a menu with photos and prices and contact info up soon! Local delivery available in the Tampa Bay Area.
