The pictures on the page are only a sampling of the cakes I have made... I will post more! I have been making, creating and decorating cakes for the last three years. In 2011 I had my home kitchen licensed by the State of Maine as a Home Food Processor. These are the following cake flavors and fillings that i have made in the past....

Marble, Dark Chocolate, Yellow, French Vanilla, White, "Funfe

tti", Red velvet,, Carrot

Frostings: Buttercream, Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter, Chocolate

Fillings: frosting , strawberry or raspberry

Most of the cakes I do have involved buttercream as the main frosting and filling but I have done French Vanilla with Buttercream forsting and fresh strawberry filling; Dark Chocolate with raspberry filling. Both Carrot and Red velvet are great with Cream Cheese Frosting. I make all of my own frostings, fillings, fondant and modeling chocolate. I am open to any and all ideas for Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversary cakes and cupcakes.

I’ve decided to take a step back from making cakes due to other personal ventures and the appreciation of my time on the weekends. I will consider doing large cakes (100 servings or more) for weddings, anniversaries etc. And I am asking for a two month advance reservation. I have thoroughly enjoyed making memories through my cake creations... thank you for all of your orders 💕
