Blueberry lemon sourdough baguettes. Best eaten when toasted with some butter and topped with whipped blueberry cream cheese! The order itself comes with 6 baguettes but I am still testing out different shapes.

‼️When you order with me, it’s important to keep a couple of things in mind‼️

- I can be messaged through here or my instagram account, @ Belen.house.of.bread

- When ordering, provide your pick up date, time, flavor, and shape choice. Most importantly, keep in mind that you must pay for your order up front. This allows me to buy missing ingredients and it secures your order.

- I do not accept orders after Tuesday 10PM. Replying to my confirmation message the day after does not mean you’ll receive an order for this week because by then I have already prepared ingredients. But you can always put in an order for next week.

-Replying to my confirmation message, but not paying up front also does not secure your order for that week.

- I do like to allow a window (Sunday to Tuesday) for those who could not pay up front (although this might change soon) and that is also when I send out confirmation messages for unpaid orders. In the past I’ve had people order and they don’t communicate their cancelation until I send out a reminder. By sending out the message, it saves me time, money, and ingredients. ‼️Payments upfront saves us both even more time‼️

‼️Cuando pidas conmigo, es importante tener en cuenta un par de cosas‼️

- Al hacer el pedido, es importante que usted cominique su fecha de recogida, hora, sabor y su elección de forma. Lo más importante, tenga en cuenta que debe pagar su pedido inmediatamente. Esto me permite comprar los ingredientes que faltan y asegura su pedido.

- No acepto pedidos después del martes a las 10 p. m.

- Responder a mi mensaje de confirmación al día siguiente no significa que recibirás un pedido para esta semana porque ya comienzo a preparará los ingredientes. Pero siempre puedes hacer un pedido para la próxima semana.

-Responder a mi mensaje de confirmación, pero no pagar inmediatamente tampoco asegura su pedido para esa semana.

- Y por último, me gusta permitir una ventana (de domingo a martes) para aquellos que no pudieron pagar inmediatamente (aunque esto podría cambiar pronto) y eso es también cuando envío mensajes de confirmación para pedidos no pagados. En el pasado he tenido personas que han pedido y no comunican su cancelación hasta que envío un recordatorio. Al enviar el mensaje, me ahorra tiempo, dinero e ingredientes. ‼️Los pagos echos inmediatamente nos ahorran aún más tiempo‼️

For this week, I will not be accepting orders because I will be preparing to leave town. I’ll be accepting orders for next week. Just make sure to message me through this account or on Instagram @ belen.house.of.bread. This allows me to keep track of the orders so I can write them down.

You can secure your order by paying before next Tuesday 5/6/25 through Zelle or PayPal.

Para esta semana, no estaré aceptando pedidos. Pero si estoy aceptando pedidos para la próxima semana. Asegúrense de enviarme un mensaje a través de esta cuenta o en Instagram @ belen.house.of.bread. Esto me permite hacer un seguimiento de los pedidos para poder escribirlos.
