Derby Cakes, if it is able to stay going, will become gluten free. I have been put on a gluten free diet, for life. Honestly, the gf cakes I tested were amazing, and maybe even better. This may mean a few changes to a few cupcakes. I will work these out with the skaters, and update the menu as needed. And this will help many others that can't eat gluten to enjoy cupcakes. There will be a slight increase in price as well, to compensate for the extra ingredients. Please let DC know if you would be willing to purchase gf cuppys in the future. Please, with a cherry on top! : )

I had a delightfully invigorating conversation today about opening a cupcake shop. It was painfully good. And, I locked in my assistant should I ever get on cupcake wars, Sweet C! good day for cupcakes.

I took some Hawt Moon cuppys to the non-skating officials last night. So many compliments and I was told I have mad skills. Hawt Rod's cuppy, built with his tastes in mind, is banana chocolate chip pecan with cinnamon buttercream and brown sugar butter sauce.
