Had a fun day baking with my daughter. I didnt get as much done as i had wanted but there is still time while she is off of school. Hard maple candy, pumpkin spiced and iced cookies, dulce de leche cookies, and peanut butter cup cookies.

Once again it wouldnt have been thanksgiving without an injury. Every year i either cut or burn myself. This year i cut my finger and pretty good, since it hurt for days afterward. But all in all,y apple pie was quite delicious!!! And i cant wait to make more. As you can see the apples were marinating in all the deliciousness, i added a crumb topping his year instead of pie dough.

I was hoping to post pictures of a beautiful strawberry layer cake that my daughter and i were making. However, it seems that pregnancy and baking are not my strong suit, LOL. Cakes in both pans stuck to the bottom.
