last night i accomplished the impossible- i cleaned up after myself

AND

got 27 loaves of sourdough into the fridge to cold proof overnight. my biggest batch yet!! flavors include: cracked black peppcorn with parmesan (NEW), onion with pepperjack, chili crisp with green onion, jalapenos cheddar, original, garlic herb, pepperoni with moz and brown sugar pumpkin (NEW) 🎃 stand will be stocked a few loaves this morning but more coming later this evening and tomorrow morning once they’re cooled!
