In the midst of everyday crazy life, you can sometimes forget where you're at and how far you've come.

Today we realized we are 17 days away from celebrating our four year anniversary, and that makes us SO happy and SO thankful. Mostly thankful, thankful for our incredible staff who pushes everyday to continue to makes visions and passion a reality, and thankful for our loyal guests and supportive town.

And since we're feeling thankful, and 17 seems to be the number of the day, we're giving away 17 $20 gift cards (9 to the restaurant, and 8 to the bakery) to our first 17 guests today. (One per table though please, let's share the love

Fill your table with breads, pastries, and desserts made with local ingredients, completely from scratch. All of our flour comes from Stoney Croft Farms in Lapeer, who produces non-gmo, organic, stone ground flour.

LOOKING FOR A GREAT CUP OF COFFEE, look no further than your own backyard. I just came from the Mad Bread and Bakery behind the Mulefoot Gastro Pub. Mike and his crew have created a great experience. They have a wonderful selection of coffees, breads, pastries and sandwiches (all locally sourced). They are open Wednesday through Sunday 7am-2pm.

The Mulefoot Gastropub

Come see us for a Sunday morning omelette and then head around the corner to The Mulefoot Gastropub for this important fundraising event for the Polly Ann Trail!

On Sunday, September 17th from 12pm-2pm, we will be hosting a pig roast to benefit the development of the Polly Ann Trail - Lapeer County, MI. This group has done an AMAZING job raising funds for this important project for the development of our community. They are so close to reaching their goal, and we hope to help them close their final gap.

Weather permitting, the event will be held out on our patio, with wonderful meat from Farm Field Table going on the roaster, as well as a few sides.

Tickets for lunch will be $20 per person, and all proceeds will go to the fund for the trail.
