Come along with me as I pack up some peiod packs and loaves of bread for the soup kitchen! If you’re looking for a way to make a difference in your community, this is a great start. 2/5 adults and 1/4 students have difficulty affording period products, so donating any extras you have to your local women’s shelters, food pantries, schools, and soup kitchens can make a huge difference 💗

Idaho Period Project does some amazing work providing supplies to people in need as well if you’re looking for somewhere awesome to bring your supplies or donate!

Here’s how to make this delicious Parmesan Crusted Chicken! 👇

- Marinate two chicken breasts, sliced lengthwise to make four thin breasts, in Italian Dressing for at least one hour, up to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375
- Grill on stovetop in a pan with butter, oil, or ghee until browned on both sides. It doesn’t have to be fully cooked yet.
- While browning, mix together 4tbsp butter, 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, and desired amount of garlic powder, paprika, and oregano.
- In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese with 1/4 cup Primal Kitchen ranch dressing. Microwave in 20 second increments until it’s nice and melted. It’s okay if it’s a bit lumpy.
- Once chicken is done browning, top with a slice of provolone cheese, and then the ranch mixture, and then the breadcrumbs.
- Tent with foil, and bake for about 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve with a veggie, and rice or Israeli couscous.
- Enjoy! 🫶
