Who loves ube? I've been really into Chinese Swiss Roll cakes lately. I still haven't perfected the recipe but I did decide to do an ube variation. I used natural Ube flavoring but because it's natural and clear extract I also still colored the cake with Naturals colors. Next time I need to use some ube powder to give it a darker purple I just didn't think about it at the time lol
