Wishing our amazing Barista Meg the most Happiest of Birthdays!!!! Since Meg is not a fan of her photo being taken (and although I have some) I figured I would share her favorite bird with you all. Honestly, there is an uncanny resemblance.

Meg joined our team just over a year ago and I am so lucky to have her as part of my flock. Birds of a feather stick together.

Our Coconut Pandan latte off of the May drink menu had been a HIT and perfect for these warmer days.

What is pandan?
From the Food Network: "Pandan refers to Pandanus amaryllifolius, a spiky tropical plant that looks a lot like the head of a pineapple and has a nutty, vanilla-like fragrance."

A visit to in North Richland Hills!!! I met the amazing owners a few years ago while we were both starting our businesses through markets.

As an audio book girlie, I have been a supporter of their's through the Libro.FM app - an audio book app that let's you pick which small bookstore you are supporting vs. big corporations.

We got to Celebrate Aurora today for her birthday. She's posing with her birthday drink in the first photo- The Aurora Shortcake Latte. It was the first drink ordered off of the May menu today! The last picture is of Aurora and the first latte she made with us when she started with us two months ago.
