Soaking up the last bit of summer’s rays with this baby! Tart lemon cake, layered with sweet blueberry compote and smooth white chocolate frosting. Had a lot of fun showcasing those flavors with this one!

My new fav way to welcome in fall. 🍂 Lightly spiced vanilla cake gets layered with sweet local apple butter & brown sugar frosting that’s speckled with cardamom, nutmeg, & a bit of cinnamon.
