It’s been a long time since my last post, and it felt so good to get back into the kitchen and create something truly unique.

I made this “prosciutto leg” for a friend’s 60th birthday with a twist, it’s actually cake. 🎂

This one was such a fun challenge to sculpt and paint. I loved trying to capture all the little details so it would make people stop and look twice before realizing it’s cake. Seeing everyone’s reaction made it even better.
