Makeup & Things Used: ranges from regular run of the mill grease paint for those who just want a little makeup on with a bit of pencil etching for veins, to gelatin that I mix myself, skin illustrator alcohol activated makeup, ben nye creme makeups, liquid latex adhesive, stippling sponges, mint flavored sealing spray from ben nye, q tips, cotton balls, and toilet paper, and even a little BLOOD be

lieve it or not. I have a mix of my own blood you can use in your mouth, I have paints for your teeth, and I use gloves, fingers, and sponges to apply it all. I use a cake foundation called dead man from ben nye as well. Hmmm.... Thats about it, with variations to some things. Accessories and Other Fun: I create bloody bows, zombie hair clips, skeleton barrettes, I can make exposed brains coming out of knit caps or draw caricatures of photos you want zombified. I can do just about anything with a headband.

Wow, I haven't posted on here in forever! Welp, here it goes!

Still looking for people who are up for makeup... This is purely for practice, Im working in new techniques and trying out new things and could really use the practice, as The Houston Zombie Walk is going to be bigger and BETTER this year! Plus, it never hurts to get on the good side of the Senior SFX Makeup Coordinator During this summer, Ive found myself with an abundance of time, but that goes away when I start up my next and LAST semester of school next term!
Things Im interested in trying out:
-Day of the Dead/Sugar Skull face paint
-Detailed zombification ie (arms, legs, stomach wounds, etc)
-Skulls. Because skeletons freaking rock
-PG-13 body art
-Lifecasting ears and face (looking for a female)
Im looking to build my portfolio of works up, and could use your support and time!!! Lunch will be provided, and since the makeup and supplies can make a mess, Im requesting that you travel to me (Humble)
Its bloody good fun, and in the long run its going to help me do better at events. Support your local Makeup Artists!!

Got bored and made a simple how to of how I create some of my exposed teeth looks and posted it on youtube. Very basic and only used the bare minimum makeup wise. It took more time to edit the video than it did to create the look. Late night makeup party apparently!

If you loved TT's Season 1 of The Walking Dead, this is a must play! Apparently, its going to tie the first and second seasons (of the game, foos) together! What? It comes out for PS3 tomorrow!? Yes. Yes it does.

Youtube has so many great ideas for special effects and gore. Even if you are only a beginner or even aspiring makeup artist, I suggest you check out a few videos just for sh*ts-n-gigs. Well worth it
