Elizabeth and Jeanny are cousins and mothers who are self-taught bakers. Both of them fell in love with the art of baking. It all started from home, growing up in Indonesia watching their parents cook and bake to serve the family everyday has given them valuable knowledge of baking and cooking.
In 2015, Elizabeth started experimenting with French pastries and cooking as a personal challenge and fun new hobby to share with family and friends. Little did she know simply making a batch of colorful macarons for an elementary school dance would open up a whole new baking world for her. As this endeavor grew, Elizabeth knew that she had to name this new business after something with meaning both literal and symbolic. So she was drawn to the people she looked up to the most, her mother whose name is Swan, and her grandmother and mother-in-law—all strong, swan- like women who, like the delicate pastries that Elizabeth makes, are beautiful inside and out.
