I talk about using organic ingredients and even though pricing is a little higher, I want a quality product without additives, preservatives and bioengineered ingredients as much as possible. So, I have decided to start posting labels of ingredients that I use (picture #1) verses what others may use (picture #2).

Well, its official! I have started a micro bakery in my home in Howell . I follow the Michigan Cottage Law. Menu to come. I will be at the Opera House this Sunday from 10am-2pm not to far from the Howell Farmers Market. Hope to see you there!
