My second recipe experiment of the week is my gluten free peanut butter cookies with a chocolate coating. It's pretty much a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup in the form of a cookie. My mom said these may be her new favorite cookie.

I've been experimenting with recipes this week 😁 First experiment was a mix between a blueberry pancake and a cinnamon roll. I then added the cream cheese icing I make for my cinnamon rolls to the top of the muffin. It was soooooo good!

I had some cookies not turn out the way I wanted for my order the other day so I turned them into something else. I made a cookie cream pie for my family! The cookies became the crust and I made a simple cream pie filling that my mom taught me from when she was the baker at a restaurant. It was delicous!
