Sometimes, we make mistakes. 😅
I’m firmly in the “bake it anyway” camp… but even then, it doesn’t always work out!

For this batch of dough, I forgot the SALT.

Less than 1% of the dough is salt, but it’s vital (as you can see by my “melted” bread 😆). Salt helps the gluten hold its shape and keeps the dough from over-fermenting.

Which is why this sad little loaf was a flop, literally!
