I've been a little quiet (but very busy!) this summer, and I'm SO EXCITED about this new opportunity! 🥖❤️

Starting this week, I'll be stocking the farm stand with some Bunkhouse Bread Co. goodies! I'll be dropping off a fresh batch Friday evening, so if you're looking for artisan loaves (Plain, Garlic Cheddar, or Jalapeño Cheddar) or granola, the farm stand is the place to find them this weekend!

Pre-orders are still always welcome, too! You can pick them up at the farm stand or directly from me, just like always.

She has a wide variety of fresh-baked treats available today, including cookies, muffins, and cinnamon rolls!

And if that’s not enough, she spent ALL DAY yesterday squeezing lemons to make fresh homemade lemonade. 🍋💪

Sometimes, we make mistakes. 😅
I’m firmly in the “bake it anyway” camp… but even then, it doesn’t always work out!

For this batch of dough, I forgot the SALT.

Less than 1% of the dough is salt, but it’s vital (as you can see by my “melted” bread 😆). Salt helps the gluten hold its shape and keeps the dough from over-fermenting.

Which is why this sad little loaf was a flop, literally!
