Presenting the recipe of the quintessential pakistani snack ‘Aloo Samosa’. These delicious, flaky, street style samosa are stuffed with spicy potato filling and served with tamarind or green chutney to amplify the flavour. So for of all those who do not prefer eating out due to hygiene concerns this is a great recipe to try out and enjoy with your loved ones over a cup of tea or as an appetiser.

For Dough:
Flour 1/2 kg
Hot Ghee 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Ajwain seeds 1/2 tsp
Water 3/4 to 1 cup
For Filling:
Potatoes 1/2 kg boiled
Amchoor powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
coriander and Green chilies 2 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Ch.salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
For dough: Mix all ingredients, knead hard dough and leave for 1 hour.
Now roll into saucer size roti in shape of balls.
Then cut from center, keep filing in center and fold it.
For filling:
mix all ingredients and cool it.
For assemble: Grease surface, roll dough and cut from center.
Now make clone, put filling and close the edges.
Then fry it on low flame in hot oil.
