A smooth shell is important, but it’s the filling that brings all the flavor. I love mine thick enough that every bite is perfectly balanced without overpowering the shell.

That perfect smooth shell, the delicate crunch, the soft and chewy center, and those beautiful little feet…..that’s what makes a true handcrafted macaron. ✨

One thing I love about macarons is that they’re so simple, but they’re also so easy to get wrong. The smallest changes in ingredients, mixing, resting, or baking can completely change the final result.

I’m thinking about releasing a Limited Edition Macaron Sampler Box featuring 6 brand-new flavors that are different than what you’re used to.

I know some of these flavors might sound a little unexpected… 😅 But that’s the whole point!
