🌸 Hi sweet friends! 🌸

I just wanted to take a moment to share a few of my bakery policies so everything runs smoothly for both of us. 💕

✨ Custom Orders – Please place your orders at least 2 weeks in advance so I have plenty of time to plan, bake, and decorate with care.

✨ Payment – A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Your spot isn’t reserved until that deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before pickup.

✨ Pick-Up Times – I’ll work with you to schedule a pickup time that works best. Please be on time so your cookies stay fresh and beautiful!

✨ Cancellations – Life happens! If you need to cancel, deposits cannot be refunded, but I’ll do my best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

✨ Designs – Every cookie is handmade, so while I do my best to match inspiration photos, each set will have my own creative touch. That’s part of the fun! 🍪💛
