After lots of searching and prayer, this hire has been a long time coming, but we are beyond excited to introduce our new head Pastry Chef and Decorator of Shelby Zunker 🥳🎉()👇

“I’m Shelby Zunker and have had a passion for baking since I was little! I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Nutrition Science and just finished Pastry school at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC! Along with school, I have been in the industry for 6 years and have had the opportunity to work in many different roles and atmospheres. I am so excited to bring all I’ve learned to the Lane and Simple Team! I can’t wait to make something for your special day!”

Shelby will work with the team to refine and lead not only our concept, but other future offerings and projects as well.
