Give it Away. Gain it Back. Our Simple Philosophy
Well, everyone, It has only taken me a year and a half to sit down and write this out. How far Lane&Simple has come in a short period is all grace, and I am very thankful. It started with a simple mission and a chocolate chip cookie in December 2016.
My purpose was to provide quality desserts made with excellence and care while seeking to impact the communities not only that we are in, but also beyond our borders. Giving has, and will always be, the heart and DNA of Lane & Simple. L&S exist for two reasons 1.) solve the problem of bakeries charging insane prices, but providing subpar service and . products and 2.) L&S was created to be a vehicle for giving.
We don't have these values because they sound nice, we have them because we actively seek out opportunities to give back and serve the communities that we are in and beyond. We give back in several different ways; L&S gives our time, money, food donations, auction donations, event sponsorships, and much more to several non-profit organizations throughout the year.
That is what makes buying from L&S unique. Our purpose is why a cookie is not just a cookie to us. You are getting a delicious product made with high-quality ingredients, and your dollars are going farther than they would with a grocery store dessert. Much more care and attention to detail is also a benefit of an L&S product. We give to organizations with a proven track record of donations directly impacting their programs.
