Baked by Brea Specializes in Sourdough & Sourdough Pastries Hi everyone! I am Brea and I am so happy you are here! From a young age I thrived in the arts.

If you don’t know me, I am an interior designer, mom, wife and home baker local to league city, tx. Anything that felt like an artistic outlet, I fell in love with and dived in headfirst. both Baking and being in the kitchen have always been my happy place and a place where I find peace. Being fully immersed in the act of creating slows me down and grounds me in those times of struggle. Feeding my

loved ones, baking special cakes for my best friends or simply making a batch of cookies from scratch for a client fills me with so much joy. I guess you could say I display my love for others in acts of service. During my recent postpartum journey,
I felt called to find my next creative venture. I wanted to take on something new, scary even. Sourdough is an art and a testament to making something out of nothing. It is true reflection of Gods power in making things grow and prosper. Sourdough is alive in more ways than one. Sourdough is healing, delicious and nutritious! Containing wild yeast from the slow fermentation process of just flour and water. It is more nutrient dense, easier to digest, and has a lower glycemic index. Sourdough acts as a prebiotic, which means that the fiber in the bread helps feed the “good” bacteria in your body. So, with that said eat the bread! But make sure it’s Baked by Brea
