Tomato Soup Recipe 🍅
6-10 tomatoes depending on size
Cherry tomatoes
1 Red Bell Pepper
10-20 cloves of garlic minced🧄 (as many as you desire)
1 onion ; chopped
2 cups vegetable broth 🥕
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup unsalted, butter
Season to your taste ☺️
Bake the tomatoes and bell pepper in the oven until slightly charred
On medium heat melt butter over olive oil until melted , combine onion until sautéed then proceed to add garlic; let cook until softened
Mix in 8 oz of tomato paste until we’ll combined and add the tomatoes and bell pepper
Throw in broth and heavy cream let it simmer slightly
Using an immersion blender/ blender mix until smooth and creamy

Chocolate Cupcakes topped with a whipped chocolate ganache along with white chocolate shavings 🌷
Recipe :
Dry :
75 g Cocoa
250 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder & soda
400 g granulated sugar
Wet :
96 g vegetable oil
2 eggs
225 g buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla extract
240 g boiling water
Ganache Frosting :
Equal parts Heavy Cream and Chocolate
Heat Heavy Cream just until bubbles form do not overheat.
Remove from heat, pour over the chocolate and mis until all chunks are dissolved.
Let the chocolate rest until room temp or place in fridge covered
Remove and whip with hand mixer until pale and fluffy
Directions :
Sift together dry ingredients (flour,powder and soda,and cocoa) mix then proceed to add sugar
Combine the rest of the wet ingredients and stir until just combined .
Be careful not to overmix to prevent cake from collapsing in the oven .
Bake at 350F
