This customer comes back year after year, and she's pain in my buttercream.

Every year, the day after she receives her cake, she starts informing me in next year's theme. Except this year, she changed 6 months in, and also started submitting hands drawn sketches of her cake. She wanted gravity defying characters, all hand modeled. It's also, 8 days after Christmas, the busiest time of year for bakers. Luckily I was able to convince her of a similar design that was more in my capabilities, but she demanded to choose each edible image. On top of that, she wanted character cookies, and for me to theme a whole party while I was at it. 😡

To top it off, she never pays me! She says the exposure is enough. Why do I accept this order every year?
