If you bought a chocolate croissant from us at Ermas Market today, please see us next weekend for a refund or a croissant on the house; the chocolate croissants did not come out well this weekend on account of the weather. We initially thought this was just effecting the look of the croissant but the taste is off as well. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are back!! Find us this weekend at Nassau Bay Farmers Market with a lot of missed goodies we werent able to prepare these past nine months. Our starter is still in recovery and we wont have sourdough till next weekend. Our menu for this weekend will be posted below. We look forward to seeing lld and new customers as well as our fellow vendors!!

We are so excited for fall; 90° high is fall, right? We're going to go ahead and say it is :)

During the fall, our menu changes a bit! We will have a few new quick loaves, PIES, and tarts 😋 I adore making pie during the fall. Something about the cooler weather and the smell of an apple pie in the oven can just melt all your cares away.

We want your opinion! What kind of pies would you like to see at the markets?
For this weekend, we were debating possibly a peanutbutter cream pie and an apple pie 🤔
Then again, our caramel pear pie is a winner...

A lot of people have asked why our large sourdough loaves are $10 and this morning I thought I would take the time to explain. Our sourdough is made with 100% organic flour OR we use our own milled flour milled from ancient grains. Also, during the week, we feed our starter with 100% organic flour so that it is truly 100% organic. During research, we noted other bakers sell their non organic sourdough for $6.50; this size loaf is equivalent to our medium sourdough loaves that we sell for $8. Also, while other bakers may charge more for "upgraded" sourdough that has cranberries or other goodies in it, we do not; our sourdough with our personal milled flour is the same cost as a traditional white. I hope this sheds some light on the value of what our customers purchase when they buy sourdough from us ❤
