This is a very popular chicken breast recipe! It’s a JUICY Oven Baked Chicken Breast sprinkled with a magic simple seasoning then baked until caramelised. It’s simple, fast and incredibly tasty!
INGREDIENTS:
▢4 chicken breasts , 150 - 180g / 5 - 6 oz each (Note 1)
▢2 tsp Let’s Ghee
SEASONING:
▢1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
▢1 tsp paprika
▢1 tsp dried oregano or thyme , or other herb of choice
▢1/4 tsp garlic powder
▢1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
STEPS:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C (200°C fan).
2. Pound chicken to 1.5cm / 0.6" at the thickest part - using a rolling pin, meat mallet or even your fist (key tip for even cooking + tender chicken).
3. Mix Seasoning.
4. Line tray with foil and baking / parchment paper. Place chicken upside down on tray. Drizzle chicken with about 1 tsp Let’s Ghee. Rub over with fingers. Sprinkle with Seasoning.
5. Flip chicken. Drizzle with 1 tsp Let’s Ghee, rub with fingers, sprinkle with Seasoning, covering as much of the surface area as you can.
6. Bake 18 minutes, or until surface is golden per photos and video, or internal temperature is 165°F/75°C using a meat thermometer.
7. Remove from oven and immediately transfer chicken to serving plates.
8. Wait 3 - 5 minutes before serving, garnished with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Pictured with a side of Garlic Butter Rice with Kale.

This broiled salmon is a part of the paleo diet. The lemon sauce can easily made dairy-free by using Let’s Ghee. Let’s Ghee is absolutely perfect in this lemon salmon recipe when you’re on a paleo diet!
This keto salmon recipe is perfect for getting you to or keeping you in ketosis or great if you’re just watching your carbs!
INGREDIENTS:
3 pound side of fresh salmon
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons of Let's Ghee
1 cup red wine
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup soy sauce
¼ cups sliced green onions
sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Why go to a steakhouse when you can make the most perfect ribeye right at home? Pan seared with Let’s Ghee!
INGREDIENTS:
1 (24-ounce) bone-in ribeye steak, 2-inch-thick, at room temperature
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoon Let’s Ghee
3 cloves garlic, smashed
3 sprigs fresh thyme
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
DIRECTIONS:
1. Using paper towels, pat both sides of the steak dry; season generously with 1 1/4 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
2. Heat a medium cast iron skillet over medium high heat until very hot, about 1-2 minutes; add Let’s Ghee
3. Place the steak in the middle of the skillet and cook, turning every 2-3 minutes, until a dark crust has formed on both sides, about 12-14 minutes.
4. Reduce heat to medium low. Push steak to one side of the skillet; add Let’s Ghee, garlic, thyme and rosemary to opposite side of the skillet, tilting the skillet towards the Let’s Ghee and cooking until Let’s Ghee is foaming, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
5. Working carefully, spoon Let’s Ghee over steak for 1-2 minutes, turning over once, until it reaches an internal temperature of 120 degrees F for medium rare, or until desired doneness. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
6. Serve immediately.

These make-ahead bacon and cheddar egg muffins with jalapeños are a low-carb, protein-loaded treat that you can eat on the go. By adding Let’s Ghee to these muffins you will receive an instant flavor and set of healthy vitamins into your morning breakfast!
They are high in protein, and low in just about everything else (carbs, sugar, etc.) This is real energy food, my friends. Just what growing bodies need!
INGREDIENTS:
12 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
3 tbsp Let’s Ghee
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 lb Cooked bacon, chopped
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Jalapeños, seeded and diced
Fresh cilantro, optional
STEPS:
1. Fill the cups of a non-stick muffin tin halfway with crumbled bacon, cheddar, and chopped jalapeños. FYI, this is a fun job for tiny hands! Yay for an easy, mess free way to get them involved in cooking.
2. Whisk your eggs vigorously until they’re well-mixed and frothy, then ladle the mixture (ever so carefully) into the muffin tins, or if you have an OXO precision batter dispenser you can use that.
3. Throw it in the oven and watch them rise! This is also a fun one for the kids to witness.
