Not a great picture as I am pooped after a long day at work. But here is a cake I made real quick tonight for a special someone's bday tomorrow. Vanilla confetti sour cream cake with buttercream. I am soooo out of practice! I haven't made a cake in a very long time. But as I sat there and iced and decorated it, I remembered how much I love caking.

This is why I do not buy GROSSery store cakes for my family!! I picked this up for my company today. I tried to complain to the lady who wrote the greeting on the cake but she didn't speak English. I asked for the bakery manager and she was the only one there!!! I went up front to complain and no one could help me. What a trotious!!!!
